Subscribe to the Tribe Newsletter from Records Management Girl.  You’ll be the first to hear about courses, webinars, products, blogs and other activities.

I’ve lovingly called my newsletter the “Tribe Newsletter” and think of my readers as my “Tribe members”.  I would love you to join my tribe!  These newsletters will cover a whole spectrum of information including records management, information governance, data protection, freedom of information, information security and more.

Becoming a Tribe mailing list subscriber

Each email will be full of content from RMGirl and we also love to share great content from other organisations. This will include information about courses, and interesting or useful examples of what organisations are doing in the information sphere. In addition, I will include links to guidance and advice that will help you. Subscribers will receive discounts for RMGirl products, as well as guidance documents to help with the governance of your information.

Your subscription to the mailing list:

You can opt-out of the mailing list at any time, either by contacting RMGirl or clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

I use MailJet as my list host. MailJet stores their data in the EEA. I will not share your data with any other organisation for any purpose.   However, I will be working in conjunction with other organisations to share information, blogs or special offers that I think you may benefit from.  I will not share your data with those organisations unless you personally choose to engage with them.

The newsletters contain tracking pixels which I use to confirm that email delivery is successful. The tracking pixels enable me to see what content is popular with my subscribers. I can also see if the links that I include in the email are interesting to you. This data helps to ensure that I provide the best content possible. If you don’t want these tracking pixels to take effect, please block them via your email provider.

On sign-up, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, you will need to click on the link to confirm you want to join. This is to avoid spam and authenticate my emails.

Where possible, it is advisable for you to use a business email address rather than a personal one.

The Data Processing Agreement with MailJet can be found here.
